South Carolina plate for dolphin research
Jul 27, 2009 — South Carolina’s new EarthEcho International license plate supports the research of dolphins within South Carolina waters.
The plates went on sale July 27, 2009 and are available for $60 every two years over regular motor vehicle registration fees.
