Guam honors Gold Star Families
May 27, 2010 — Guam will offer a new plate to families of fallen soldiers beginning November 11, 2010.
The legislature passed the measure authorizing the new plate in November 2009, and a working group headed by Senator Tom Ada has been working on a design, shown here.
When launched, the plates will be available to parents, guardians, and spouses of fallen soldiers.
