Type Plate Notes Reporter
Passenger FAP nnn NEW No DQ- or EI- series. EQA - EQZ series omitted.
Dave Fraser informs us that Nova Scotia is now using the same Waldale dies that are in use on Alberta, Prince Edward Island, and Mississippi plates. These plates also differ from the originals in that they have debossed borders, and do not have embossed sticker boxes. The new type has been observed in the FAF and FAJ series so far. Another difference is that the new dies do not obscure the Bluenose schooner at all.
